Caramel Apple Pumpkin Pancakes
Pancakes:
1– 32 oz. package pancake mix
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Caramel Apples:
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
4 apples peeled & thinly sliced
Directions:
Prepare pancake mix according to package directions. Add pumpkin, cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg, mix gently and cook on a greased preheated griddle until golden brown on both sides. Serve topped with caramel apples.
For the Caramel Apples:
Combine butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over low heat. Add apples and cook until the sugar caramelizes with apples.

Ingredients
1/4 cup Peanut Butter, creamy
1 1/8 tsp Honey
1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, use the paddle attachment on medium speed to cream peanut butter, honey and cinnamon. Mix for 5 minutes until smooth.
Notes
Special Tip: This dip may be served with fruit, vegetables, or pretzels, or spread on graham crackers.
