NJSNA is happy to announce that we are once again offering
Sanitation Training and the Certification Test
approved by the NJ Department of Health.
A major change in the new Chapter 24, NJ Dept. Of Health Food Code, required that by January 2, 2010 at least one person in each Risk 3 and Risk 4 school be certified. To determine if your school is a Risk 3 or 4 food site you must contact your local or county health department.
